Alastair J. Cramer, Dip. SCM (ITC)
Alastair is an award winning Sales and Customer Service professional with a passion for improving the Supply Chain ensuring O.T.I.F.
He designed and executed a training workshop in ‘Essential Sales Skills’ to the sales force of an independent distributor of FMCGs and heavy industrial equipment. He also facilitated a Sales Negotiation Training Module for a leading automotive distributor.
His work experiences in the banking, insurance, real estate and automotive industries, have propelled him to be highly customer service oriented. He holds an International Diploma in Supply Chain Management which he obtained from the International Trade Centre. Alastair has also completed the First year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management pursued through The Anglia Ruskin University.
In 2006, he obtained a Level 1 Coaching Certificate (Field Hockey – under the Auspices of World Hockey). He is an avid follower of educational, sporting and current affairs.
