CYNTHIA JAMES-CRAMER, MCPM, EMBA, ABCP, PMP

Cynthia James-Cramer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  She is a Business Consultant and a trained Trainer with over 21 years Information Technology experience, and over 15 years project management experience she also spent 8 years in the banking industry.
She has held management positions both in the Project Management and Maintenance Management fields.

She holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) from PM College and Carnegie Mellon Heinz School, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007.
She has also been accredited with a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Miami and obtained an HND in Computer Studies from the Slough College of Higher Education, Berkshire, England, earlier in her career.

She has managed strategic projects in both the Public sector and Private sector, locally and throughout the Caribbean, within varying industries, over the past 30 years plus. She has facilitated Training courses in Project Management and Project Cost and Schedule Management on behalf of Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.

With her work experience and training, Cynthia brings a practical perspective to the classroom and to the consulting experience.

Her IPAT Certification training, which is used in psychometric testing, gives her an even wider perspective of the needs in the classroom. This goes beyond academics developing a skill which is also enhanced by her affiliation with her Alumni, as a Mentor and Recruitment Assessor.

She is also a Certified Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), with practical experience in implementing Business Continuity Programs for Private Companies. This knowledge also adds to classroom learning.
